dial out problem

2 meridians (in seperate locations) connected by t1.

dialing plant 1 to plant 2 = no problem.

dialing plant 2 to plant 1 = problem.

any suggestions?

some more info is need here, what exactly is happening....how are the calls routed ??
has it just started,, that sort of thing

clarification -

systems are 0 x32; not pbx's.
