CPND when Meridian Console in night
what do I need to do so that when the console is in night service and the night dn is the front desk, to get the CPND to go to the front desk. When console is idle the name shows up, but when it is in nights, it does not show up at the night DN (ex. on night phone x-4322 0) shows up at the front desk phone.

The CLS of the phone that wants to see the name should have these codes [CNDA DNDD] -
CNDA DNDD best for to seeing name of "who is calling me" CNDD DNDA best for reception position to see "who was the caller tring to reach" Last edited by GHTROUT; November 26th, 2005 at 08:29 PM. |
