ACD NCFW to VOicemail ACD not working
We are migrating away from our Octel VM. So we moved the Octel agents out of 4-7300 and into a new ACD queue of 4-8845. After we move the Octel agts into 4-8845 we programmed 4-7300 to NCFW (night call fwd) to 4-8845. This has turned out to be a problem though. When we call to listen to our messages we dial ACD 4-7300, immediately get NCFW to 4-8845 (the new Octel pilot number), the Octel asks you for your mail box number. In other words the Octel does not recognize the people calling in. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to temoporarily fwd callers from 4-7300 to 4-8845 and still have the voice mail system recognize the callers.
