Meridian 1 Option 11C and Call Pilot mini
Has anyone had the PLEASURE of setting up a call pilot mini to work with the meridian?
I have been asked to setup an auto attendant to handle calls overflowing from out call centre. the problem i am having is that the call pilot has been setup on DN 7000, the symposium express call centre has been set to forward calls to this dn when they are not answered. when the calls are transferred they hear the standard call pilot greeting and not the custom AA. Also can announcements be played from the call pilot? |
