I want my phone to ring, if I am not available, the callers should have the option of press 1 for a different mailbox other that the number dialed, and 2 for yet another mailbox. Is this possible on a 2616. We have Meridian 0ption 11C.

If you have Meridian Mail this is simple.
In MMail create a menu that has option 1 set for express messaging for the mailbox you want the caller to leave a message in and set option 2 for express messaging for the next mailbox etc. etc.. Record a greeting and the menu options. Once you have the menu programmed open the VSDN table and program the DN there pointing to the menu that you just created. |
