on option11. which card generates dtmf tones?

I have a site which has an option 11c. The power was removed from the system last night. When power was restored this monring they cannot dial out but they can receive calls. I can hear the pabx getting a line out but it does not send dtmf digitis. How can I check to see if the dtmf tone generate is working
any help appreciated.

There is dial tone on all lines. I can hear the pabx select a line but no digits are sent to the line.I have programmed a new line and you get the same thing. The cls as default didn't give me dtr but dip. I could hear the system dial on the exchange side it dialled decadic but hung up after 3 digits. I have done a stat 32 00 all the dtrs are idle

Did you replace the trunk card? They are very to sensitive power surges. Especially when configured as DID.

Do you get TRKxxx errors when the call fails? Are the lines ground start?
