I am having problems getting international calls to go through our PRI with BARS. If I send them through our COT trunks first it works but the call doesn't use the PRI.
If I dial the ACOD to the PRI directly the call goes through fine. Does anyone have any ideas why it isn't working when I use BARS. The RLI is the same for both the COT route and the PRI route (just the COT route has priority right now). Thanks |

My quess is that if you had your carrier do a trap on the call they will see 011 and an international flag. Try to do digit manipulation to remove the 011 and see if that works. I run into this all the time and only on PRI's because the D channel carry's the international flag so to your phone company it seems like they see 011 twice.
Let me know if this works or not, and also curious who your carrier is? |
