1 of my options 61c (rel 23) that the spn I created (511) is not working as well as a previous spn (711) is not working. There is no DN / DSC / COT etc of 51 or greater. When the site dials 511 it rings Once and then hangs up. The 866 number is a florida only number but it doesn't work no matter what number is there. I try to trac the dialing TN when they are trying it but the call terminates to quickly and unfortunatly I am in a different state. Any Ideas?

Re: SPN's Not working on Option 61c
Actually I was just playing around with this too... I either had to dial the ACOD to the route and 511 or you have to dial (9) before the 511 to activate BARS... At least thats how it worked for me.
I would get the busy too when trying 3-digit dialing as you discribed. |

Re: SPN's Not working on Option 61c
Try by passing the bars by using your trunk access code of the route and dial the number in fla. If the call goes thru then the issue is in your bars. If it doesn't then the carrier has it blocked. And you will need to open a ticket with you telco provider. I don't under stand why you would build it that way. It seems like a lot of unneeded programing. I would just have built a spn with 1866 and had it go out my local route. I don't see why you would block toll free numbers. Looking at your DMI try adding a 9 before the 1866

Re: SPN's Not working on Option 61c
At all these locations we are the telco provider to the apartment complexes, 9 is automatically. Since we are providing residential service we are being required by the state of florida to setup the 511 as a valid DN and then pulse out the 1866 number. If the customers dial the 1866 number from thier phones the call is passed on and reaches it intended location.

Re: SPN's Not working on Option 61c
Looking at your post it does not look like 511 is a vaild DN on your system so if a user dials 511 it will not go to BARS unless they dial the AC1 (9 ?) first. You can program 511 as a phantom or ACD and have it DCFW (for phantom) of NCFW (for ACD) to 9511. this will route the call to BARS and your SPN for 511 should work.
