Option 11C Default Routing for All Calls

Is there a global option to route all calls on a Meridian 11C to the 2250 console, or does it have to be done on a DN by DN basis ?

Re: Option 11C Default Routing for All Calls

Yes you can set it up several different ways. In the answer treatment in the LD 15 INT block you can route all calls to a vacant number to the attendant which is the default. You just don't assign those dids to sets. Also you can have your did trucks auto terminate to the attendant. By changing the RDB in Ld 16 Auto to yes and then on each did trunk in ld 14 assigning the ATDN to the attendant dn
