Re: Have anyone ever seen the "server down" message on the display of 3904
What is the set hooked to? Card wise? Try updating the firmware. Go to Ld 32 do a FSUM to see what fireware you have on disk verses the sets in use. The latest firmware is 87. Do a FWVU on the tn of the set to see what it is. If it is below the on disk firmware try a fdlu o the TN to update the firmware. This might solve your issue. If your firmware is below 85 on your switch call your service provider and have them install the latest firmware on your switch. Be aware that it will require an INI to write the Firmware to disk. Then have them set up a firmware down load system wide in ld 137 so it will go out and update the firmware on your sets over several nights after you switch goes thru the midnight routines. It will take about 8 to 10 minutes per set to upgrade the firmware. Also be aware that all calls in the recent calls on the sets will be erased. Make sure your users store their numbers to the directory on the sets.
