ACD transfer
I'm a newbie with the phone system.
I create a ACD line for the agent where I works and I'd like when all the them put the Not Ready touch the ACD queue will be transfert to another ACD where a person is there 24/24. Or it's possible to transfert the ACD at a certain time. I can't use the MSB function on the phone because that block all the other line on the phone and these other line go thrue the queue when no answering. Thanks for your help |

Re: ACD transfer
OVDN = the ACDN of the second group
OVTH = 0 (calls will overflow as soon as the first call tries to queue up). I think that should do it. You can use NCWL if you have an AWC key assigned. |

Re: ACD transfer
Oh yeah, you can only overflow to another ACDN with at least one agent logged in.
If you want to route to a DN or off site that would be Night Call Forward (all agents logged off in 1st queue). TOD routing is not part of the ACD datablock. |
