Trouble with Auto Attendant Call Pilot Mini

Hi,
I use Auto Attendant in Call Pilot Mini. After an incoming call to AA, caller hear Greeting, dial ext number, after that the ext ringing but caller do not hear anything. If I use transfer manual by Console, caller can hear music on hold. Do anybody see like that? please help me, thanks.
