Ring Group
Our old repair centre has gotten some new life, and now they want a ring group* setup, such that when a person calls a special number (or is forwarded to it by HUNT/FDN) it rings all of the phones in the area.
They want this special line to be non-blocking, such that multiple calls can come in and be answered simultaneously. I've got a pickup group in process to tide them over, but they really want every phone to ring. If anyone has a cookbook for this I'd be very grateful. *Please correct me if this is the wrong term |
