I try to put an private line on a M2616
every thing want fine I can get incoming call, and making calls out but after you make a call on that line and hang-up, that line keep hanging for almost 4 minute before disconnected I move that line to another trunk TN and I still get the same thing what can be the problem can someone give an atvice or please send me a setting of a private line thrunk thanks surbratel p.s. sorry for my bad english ![]() |

you might take a look at Disconnect Supervision On Loop Start Trunks
is it posible that the internal line hasn't dropped yet? does the trunk stay open after both parties hang up? that would be a ma bell issue. |

I will take a look at the timer on route data in ld 16 i think the problem is on the route data becouse the extention number work fine no problem with that it's ownly yhe private line anyway thanks for your advice i will try it thanks again surbratel |

hi
it's me again with another qustion i have been with this for almost a week if two phones on two separate tn are sharing one extention number, is there a privesie between them one is an type 2616 and the other is an type 500 thanks subratel |
