Hi,

I need to place many conference call (6 to 12 callers) in the next week, 2 or 3 per day.
I do not want to have someone to contact everybody and make the conference. I would like to be able to setup an extension wich people could dial and they would be put in conference. Is there a way to do that?? Or at least reduce the operation that someone has to do to make a conference.
By the way I have an option 61c.

Hello,
That requires a piece of hardware called a conference bridge.
Its a specialized card which goes in your switch.
As I remember, its pretty pricy but if you are going to continue to do conferencing, it might be less expensive than going through ATT to set up conferencing. Check with your hardware supplier on the cost of an integrated conference bridge.

You don't need to install your own conference bridge. There are companies out there that offer conference services which you call a toll free number to access. I would check into that.
