help,can't dial outside,Can someone tip me ? Thanks a lot!

I have a option61c, It only can receive the ouside call before,Now We want to dial outside. I have configed the route:iao, but I can't dial outside, I can dial acod to visit the trunk,and I can dial inside number. how can I do? Can anyone help me?Any suggestion will be appreciated. Thanks a lot.

I know nothing of an Option 61 and am speaking only from the Option 11 viewpoint ( I would think that the same set-up would apply). The trunk set-up shown appears to be for a TIE trunk. Is this the correct type. Normally a regular dial line or trunk is a COT (central office trunk). Your system will not allow any calls to an outside trunk until you tell it which prefixes and area codes are allowed. You will have to set up the NARS and BARS (NPA and NXX) in LD87 to allow calls to be made from your system.

Hello,
I have seen that you have TARG 0 in trunk, but you have TGAR 1 in route, I think they have to be both 0,
but a set has to have TARG 1, if so then all will be work. (It is a trunk group access restriction). TIE trunk is connected two PBX, but not CO. And as said previuos expert :) for accessing to outside you should have co trunk to central office.
