i have a POTS line that is programmed as a PVR key (built as private line route). I am having Verizon take this POTS line and put call forward on it so that I can then take an analog phone (which I have already connected to this POTS line, by the way), press *72 and forward it to a DID number in my PBX. Do i have to also out it as a private route? I am getting very confused so if the answer is staring me right in the face please have pity on me. thank you.

Re: PVR route
If your CO is repointing the number then the existing route will be useless as a call will never again come in on it.
