International Plus

Anyone have experience with "International Plus" of Quantim Link Communications? They are offering a very very low rate on international calls (ie: .029 for USA to London, .019 to Germany).
Rates are inclusive of all charges, they say no hidden fees, taxes, surcharges, etc..

Just wondering if anyone else has heard of them and can provide positive or negative feedback.

Some body must pay taxes :) Sounds like its hidden in those rates.

My outbound (contracted) Rates with Sprint are 1/4 what you listed above.

Yes, they claim all non-usage charges are included in the first 20 minutes of the call, after that rate stays the same for me but thats when they start to see more revenue.

Your rates are 1/4 of the 2.9 cent rate for international calls? Thats fantastic, must have hi volume. I do not have much volume, only about 8000 minutes a month.

Oops I read your email wrong. I was thinking .29 not .029.

Oppss....found a small catch...$0.029 cents per CALL UNIT, not MINUTE. The first minute is 3.5 Call Units and minutes 2 thru 20 are 2 Call Uints, every minute after 20 is 1 call unit. Now what other fees are there?? A 20 minute call would be 41.4 call units (41.5 x .029 = $1.2035). They say no contract or usage minimums but Terms and Conditions apply and it is a lenghty document on thier website.
