Meridian ACD Canned Reports

Hello,

do u know any third party software / tool to make use of the raw acd report??

Please let me know. I can pay someone to help me get this working. the customer has ACDC and ACDD reports in the sys.... I need acanned Excel report or something.....

Also,
I buy Nortel gear....email me a list, I'll email you an offer.

You might try tucows.com, they have 1,000s of freeware and shareware software.
