Looks like Avaya is speaking to third parties about a buy out / take over....

Just continuing the downsizing that began with AT&T to Lucent to Avaya. Avaya has always been trying to get rid of small business products and this is probably that.

Avaya has only gained new partnership that will allow them to invest more in their products. They are only changing for the better.
