"Error encountered, can't complete request"
Experiencing difficulties adding new ISDN station [or any other stations for that matter] and running "list station" command in both GEDI and Emulation returns this: "Error encountered, can't complete request".
I've been in touch with our support guys but they seem as lost as I am. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

Rebooting may fix this, but it sounds like software corruption to me. If the reboot does not leave you any better off, call Avaya immediately. They are the only ones that can fix corruption.
