Unable to Transfer call from mobile to mobile
Can someone please help me with my issue. Some officemate reported that they're unable to transfer mobile call to another mobile phone. thus, i'm getting this denial event when i traced the call:
'denial event 1740: No Disconnect Supervision D1=0x7fa D2=0xda' please help me :confused: |

what is the PBX and the release? Also what kind of mobile phones?
You also say "some officemates" are having the problem, this implies some are not. Compare the ones that are working to the ones that are not.
