AlarmTrax dial-back
I am evaluating AlarmTrax, and I am unable to get the software to log successfully into the switch (testing dial back) either through INADS port or direct IP. I have a Definity G3R running MV 1.2. When I try the test, it looks like the process stops at the TERMINAL TYPE prompt. Does this mean the ID I am using needs to be something other than a customer/super-user?
Any help is appreciated! Tim |

Getting the system to login was pretty straight forward. Just remember that it uses the terminal emulation and not the pretty ASA window you might be used to. After it inputs the password and login information it still needs to select 4410 as it's terminal type. Programming would go something like this: wait for "Login:" output "(login)" enter wait for "Password:" output "(pass)" enter wait for "type:" output "4410" enter If you get stuck I've heard alarmtraq's support's pretty good.
