Don't spill coke on your phone.
Don't slam the handset down
Don't use the curly cord to strangle obnoxious customers.

That pretty much sums up my telecom policy.... :)

Do not forget your company policy on cell phones usage while in a car. Because of pending law suits our company has developed a policy no calls regarding business will be made from your cellphone while the car is movong or in a traffic area while you are driving the car.

I would insert something like:

The phone is provided "as is". Do not make any physical modifications to the phone without first contacting telecom personnel. This includes, but is not limited to, hooking up a headset or cord detangler, modifying or reprinting the label provided with the phone, or marking up the phone with stickers or ink.

Do not unplug your phone from the wall for any reason without contacting telecom personnel. Do not plug anything other than your phone into the telecom jack.
