Cool Modular Messaging

Hi,

I recently got the oppurtunity to install our first MM with s/w version 1.1. The switch integration is QSIG with definity PBX.

The installation was smooth but I had some unanswered queries. I hope somebody helps me out.

1) When a user dials the hunt grp, the prompt is "Welcome to MM. Dial the extension no. you want to reach or if you have a mailbox on the system press the pound key."

I get the same prompt when a caller tries to leaves a voice mail. Is that right ?

2) If auto attendent is turned on, then I get the same treatment for internal as well as external callers, whereas, I feel that internal callers (with in the PBX) don't need the auto attendant.

3) Can I change the welcome prompt from "Welcome to MM. Dial the extension no. you want to reach or if you have a mailbox on the system press the pound key." to something much shorter.
