IPO 2.0 (SMO) Version 2.0.16
We have 4 IPO Version 2.0. the company have 6 Phoen 6408 and 2 phone 4620IP, the problem is,
to you search in the phonebook from the 4620ip, youn found the contact, you can not make a call. Wy taht ???? |

Thank you for your help, i have found the fail. the 4620ip phone support the direct call from the phone book not with the rel. 2.0.16.

The problem is with the ip 46020 phone, we have not phone manager pro.
you look in the direct from the ip 4620 phone, you have found the person. then do you want new make the call for the found person. this not function. Quote:
