Version of IP Office

I have been having issues with the version of IP office we updated awhile ago. The user variables are not returning the correct values and even the use of a holiday calendar seems to not work. ( I have the business hours as 7-4 M-F and not open on a holiday and it never gets to the holiday checking) I had to change the hours to get the system to go into holiday mode.

Anyway, I have Manager 3.3, VP Server 1.2, VP 1.1.15.0, Callstatus 3.2, Phone Manager 1.3.10..

Should I update the whole thing with version 1.4.25? After the 1.4 GA?

I would upgrade to the latest anyway (2.0) Has new features that is worth it :)

Definately a good call. It also offers MANY bug fixes...and upgrade everything including the user apps (Phone Manager) and the Admin Apps (Manager, Monitor, Feature Key, etc.) and Voice Mail.

Definately upgrade... but I don't think it will fix your problem. Check in your conditions editor, I suspect you have a logical AND in front of your weekly planners. Change it to OR and you will be fine (this was changed... um... 1.3? somewhere along the line before 1.4 - used to work as AND then it had to be OR).

I think the logic is goofy. I have it so it is or weeky(m-f) and not not holiday and it seems to at least not answer if I make today holiday. I think editing the conditions might have made the system act better as I know I updated back in November without editing the conditions..
I will do the upgrade and hope for the best. It is still the best system for the money.
