Prioritise Some Inbound calls

We have a main hunt group and require additioanl hunt group setup to manage another telephone number. However calls that come in on this number must take priority over the other hunt group. Is this possible?

Not really unfortunately, there is no Queue priority or skill based routing. The only thing I can think of doing is routing the high priority calls directly to the group via the incoming call route and routing the other calls through Voice Mail Pro Auto Attendants with some delay time or messages or something to that effect. The only problems there are that when they are both in Queue, they are FIFO and if there are no high priority calls, the other calls will always get the delay.

R2 now includes the ability to assign a priority to calls in the incoming route forms. Not as flexible yet as the Magix priority/support ACD options, but better than nothing.
