So, as we all know for a user to have a second call come in on a second line appearance that Call Waiting must be ticked off.
The problem is that it also creates a tone in the handset when you are on the phone. I can see where that would be annoying and intrusive. Is there a way to get rid of the tone but keep the ability to receive or see a second call? |
