problem with IP Office 2.0
I have a problem with IP Office 2.0. The configuration is following:
IP403 v2.0(16) and two POTS 8+ v4.0(16). It is connected by h.323-trunk with Definity R11. The problem is that system periodically crashes in such a manner, that I have no dialtone on the analog phones, when they goes off-hook. If I try to dial to one of them from Definity, I have a timeut on the trunk and therefore that attempts fails. In the IP Office monitor I see following records: PRN: AudioEndPoint::AEPTimer RECVD TIMEOUT ac1916b9,49424 ac1914bb,16188 and, sometimes, records like: 12246114mS H323Evt: v=0 stacknum=0 State, new=NullState, old= id=-1 12246115mS H323Evt: v=0 stacknum=0 State, new=Present, old=NullState id=5 12246115mS PRN: Fast Start 12246123mS PRN: Media Channel 172.25.20.187, 17440 12246434mS RES: Fri 28/11/2003 18:07:36 FreeMem=6420692(17) CMMsg=2 (4) Buff=100 631 457 1428 Links=10507 12255945mS H323Evt: v=0 stacknum=0 State, new=NullState, old=Present id=5 12256445mS RES: Fri 28/11/2003 18:07:46 FreeMem=6429032(16) CMMsg=2 (4) Buff=100 631 456 1428 Links=10549 12256596mS PRN: H323Sap::NullStateDLData --- Non-setup message addresses to a non-existing call. So, system crashes 2-3 times a day. What will you advise me to do? |
