Exclamation System Crash Confirmation

Our system started crashing regularly after we filled up all 24 names in the display of our phones - 2420 and 44xx. We realized the coincidence and backed off a few on each phone, only allowing the users to have 22 names listed for speed-dial, etc. Talking with Avaya support they confirmed the issue, but would not send us supporting doc until their "legal department" cleared it if they ever would. The engineer inadvertently stated that they are having numerous memory issues and that they don't actually know the capacity of the system. Kind of confusing, but we can reproduce the incident.
