Hi there
I have two times come across this problem now: In a huntgruop, in hunt-condition, the first user has forward all/group-calls activated. The forward-number is external. If a call comes to the group, the IPO will try to set up the transfer, but won't complete the transfer. If i use my own mobile number, the phone til will ring, but when i lift off there's nothing! In Callstatus i can se that the call to the group is put on hold for some time, and then disconnected. If i route a DDI direct to the mobilenumber in Incomming Call Route, the transfer works perfect. Also if i route the DDI directly to the user with forwarding activated, it works perfect. This is on 1.4(22). I haven't seen the problem on 1.2(14), 1.3(34) 1.3(37). It happens both on IP401DT4 and IP403BRI8. ISDN2 trunks on in both situations. |
