I just upgraded to 1.4, and in the process of rebooting the computer that voice mail resides on, it crashed.
Because of these multiple issues, I dont know if my problem is upgrade related or crash related. The users that are in Hunt groups were able to see if a hunt group had messages from their phones, but now arent able. A good answer to this is definitely worth a star guys, because these people are driving me nuts. |

Re: Collecting Hunt Group messages
New in 1.4, you have to put H plus the hunt group extension in the sourced numbers tab for any extension that you want to have the MWL turn on when messages are left for the group. For example, if you have a hunt group with extension 3999, you can put H3999 in the sourced numbers tab of any phone that is a member of that hunt group.
You can also have a phone be a member of the hunt group but disabled status so it can show MWL for messages in the group box, yet not receive calls for the group. Quote:
