Unhappy 4621 priority call problem

I have a problem with this feature, does the priority button works like an on\off button or does it has to activated every single time to do his work?

Every single call you have to dial the FAC or press the priority button.

But you could program an 'autodial' button with the FAC, press it, then TT dial the extension.
