Extension to Extension Call Recording
One of our clients is a finance brokerage and they want to record all calls esp extension to extension calls. They are running IPO 406.
Is this possible to record ext to ext calls? Contact Store and VM Pro already loaded. Do I have to propose a migration to IPO 500? Thanks in advance. ![]() Non Tech Sales Guy |

Click on the users tab..
On the users tab we have multiple options, click voicemail or general....( not pretty sure about that option), you should find an recording option where we can configure the recording options.. |
