When I select 'Mandatory' under the VoiceRecording tab in the User Form.. The caller will hear something like 'this call is being recorded' how can I remove that?

That prompt is in Voicemail Pro. Go to Administration, System Preference and uncheck the box maked "Play Advice on Call Recording" Then save and make live.

Four years on and your advice has just helped me out!! My phone system provider said it could not be done so thanks!

Well, could not be done is one thing, shold not is another.

I would look into the local law regarding recording conversations. Some states say it is illegal. While others say that as long as 1 party knows, that is good enough. BUT, I would check before I went and turned the advice off....

Just my 2 cents.
