Basic call volume reports

Is there a simple way to get some reporting statistics from our IP Office installation? I am told we are on 3.2 but the help | about from VMPro shows 3.1.21 and from IPO Manager shows v. 5.1(65). I am told we do not have any reporting modules, but are there some basic log files available to pull info from?

Thx.

Re: Basic call volume reports

If you install Delta Server, you can set that to log SMDR into a .csv file. That .csv file can be opened with Excel, and then sorted as needed.
Here is the link for Delta Server install.

Let us know if there are any more questions.

Re: Basic call volume reports

Thanks for the info. I will be spending some time over the next few weeks (and months depending on priorities?) reading the Delta Server documentation and developing a plan of action.

Thanks again!

Re: Basic call volume reports

If you were (and able) to upgrade to 4.0 or above, you can use SSA to find some of that info out as well. It shows how long trunks are idle, and errors when all trunks are busy (if any).

Re: Basic call volume reports

Is there additional license cost for Delta Server, or is it included in the basic package? Manager says we absolutely will not spend any more $$ on phones this year.

Upgrade is on the horizon but timeframe is not known.

-Thanks
