Hi Guys,

can anyone help with a message that has suddenly appeared on an IP phone? We have an IP403 DT unit running 3.0.578.

Until recently we had 1 5602SW IP phone which a home user was using very successfully.

Recently, the IP403 was upgraded to 3.0.580 and ever since then the IP phone has shown system incompatibility on the screen.

We have downgraded back to 3.0.578 but phone is still showing system incompatibility. We have tried setting the phone back to factory default and re-installing but to no avail.

I think it may be something to do with the phone dowloading the 46xx files but can't seem to find any information on this.

Any help much appreciated.

Phone dude

Try bringing the phone in house and try to up/downgrade it. Very strange though.
