Compact Contact Center?

Considering ordering this for our CS group. We have an IP Office 406 4.0(10). We had tried Compact Business Center, but it just doesn't do what we need, which is mainly granular stats/reporting and real-time status. Given my misunderstanding of CBC, i just want to make sure CCC will do everything we need before pulling the trigger? All we really need as far as stats is the total number of acd/hunt group calls each member received in a given day, the total for each group, and also overflow/abandoned calls.
Am i also correct in my understanding that CCC adds some addtional features to the hunt group? More what i'd consider "true ACD"? Forgive me if my terminology/description is inaccurate/confusing - we're coming from a ROLM 9200 if that helps? Also, anybody care to quote a 5-user/1-supervisor CCC license?

Thanks much, -Joe

Re: Compact Contact Center?

I would wait. There is going to be a replacement coming out soon (not sure though) that will replace CCC.

I have installed a few of them. I didn't like much about CCC. Avaya touted the softwares 75 plus reports. But all of them sucked. I ended hiring someone to write custom reports that should have been STANDARD, like every other call accounting software.

If you want to spend the money, I would talk to you and sell you some licenses, but the install can be tricky to say the least. But like i said, I would wait.
