i have a ip office 403 unit and i wanted to upgrade the unit......
is it posible for me to take up to 4.1 version on a 403

Possibly. What release is your system now? What PCS revision it?

ok thanks.......... i had that info before.......... what i meant to say was for the IP OFFICE 403 is it posibile to upgage to 4.1

Oh. That makes a big difference. The highest that an IP 403 can go is 3.2. 4.0 is not supported on the 403. BUT, lots of things that arent supported from Avaya are possible. Just that if you have problems, Avaya will not help.....
