Voicemail Pro & Group Voivemails

Hi all,

I've created a call flow to a group. If the group's busy, they goto a queued and still queued message.

When they hit the second queued message I've got a menu feature that lets the caller press 1 to leave a voicemail.

If they press 1 they goto a voice question prompt where they leave the voicemail and that voice question points to group numner 1710.

I've got users in group 1710. In users source numbers, ive got the H with the exact rgoup name.

The messages appear in the Phone manager app, but when double clicked, they users just get silence.

If I enter *81

TN: ?Anonymous
F: Voicemail collect

It works just fine by directing the request to 1710.

But I just cant get this to work from the users Phone Manager.

Yet, this works on loads of other group voicemails i've setup in the past.

Any ideas, anyone?
