Ip Office Archiver Database Interpretation

Hi!

I am trying to understant the meanings of the field names in the SQL Server SDXArchiver database that IP Office creates.

tblIndex, tblCallFlow, what is the meaning of theses fields??

I am trying to extract data for reports on call volume.I basicly want a custom alternative to for the Crystal Reports' reports, I want to extract data via SQL to my data warehouse database…

Glad if anyone, could provide me any information on this matter
