SMDR AutoRecord problem
When we have a user's Recoding Outbound set as 'ON', the SMDR does not record the outbound dialled number. Instead it displays 'AutoRecord' in place of the outbound dialled number.
If we switch the Recording Outbound to 'None' then the SMDR records the outbound dialled number correctly. We are running Delta Server 5.2.16 (and no ContactStore) |

I have reported this to Avaya (ticket# 14106832).
I have 412 (with 1 DS-30 and 1 Analog-8 expansion modules). I should add that recently I have discovered that the problem only applies to Digital extensions (when I call out from a recorded analog extension then the SMDR shows the correct outgoing dialled number). |
