Small Office problems

I have a IP Office Small Edition 401. I am trying to install IP Office 4.0 (7). The manufacturer sent me the small edition with G150 software. Now it is in an it is in a loop test and is not stable keeps on rebooting. Any Help

You will have to DTE the box, and reload the software. There is a tech tip.... but I forget the number.

I had the same thing.
I needed to upgrade first to 3.2.999 and then to 4.0.7.

SHould ALWAYS do the loader versions (.99 or .999)

Hi,

I tried it because few systems didn't worked.
I don't think that you need to use those version always.
You can see that before version 4 Avaya didn't release any version like the 999 for the Small Office product.

Which model of Small Office are you using? Because the 401 is not supported.
