IP500, Embeded VM, Overflow
Hello everyone.
Having a small issue with an IP500, with Embeded Voicemail running 4.0 software with mait release. All I want is to be able to have a Reception phone ring 4 times and then hit the AA. I have tried a million different things and nothing seems to work. Any insight on this please would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance -JustinTMI |

Re: IP500, Embeded VM, Overflow
Hi Justin,
Not sure what you've tried already but my suggestion is to: Create a Hunt Group called Switch for example. Make Reception the only member of this group Ensure that voicemail is not enabled for this group. I'd also turn Queuing off to ensure the call flows to the AutoAttendant Set the no Answer Time to around 2 or 3 Seconds (you may have to play with this to get the timing right) Create your AutoAttendant and call it Attendant In Incoming Call Route, create a route that has the Destination as the Hunt Group Switch and Fallback as AA:Attendant This should direct calls to the Main/Switch Hunt Group and if Busy or not answered within No Answer Time, will direct the call to AutoAttendant HTH |
