Question about delivery time for IP Office line of products
For any dealer or installer of IPO series, I am confirming if what my provider business partner is true. The times of delivery are between 30 to 45 days calendar, starting from placing the order (and paying the advance), even for a complete PBX solution or just a single software license. About these days we are having a big delay, which is duplicating these original times, our wholesale provider argues that there’s a serious AVAYA logistics problem due to change of location of warehouse. Had you suffered similar delays?, or it’s a good sign to switch my wholesale provider. Thanks for your sincerity, we all are working to improve ourselves. |

Re: Question about delivery time for IP Office line of products
No. I can order equipment from my distributor (Catalyst) and have stuff in 2 days max. On the licenses, maybe the same, but usually sooner.
The problems you are having, are they from importing the equipment into Columbia????? |
