All Agents are busy.. My 2nd question of the night

IPOffice 412..

I had to revert back to 3.0 (69) in order to get my call center software to work with the pbx. Everything is working fine but now when users are in the queue, the avaya womans voice will come on and say "all agents are unavailable right now".. etc.

Does anyone know where I can turn this off? The Zeacom software handles the queuing messages.
Im pretty sure its not zeacom thats kickin this on.. but is it a setting on a hunt group?

please help ;)
