Callers does not hears ringing on 3711

System: IP 500 4.0.7. VM Pro 4.0.18

Callers does not hears ringing nor MOH when externa calls are transferred from VM Pro using a blind transfer iif the phone at the called extension is an IP DECT device (we are using only Avaya mod. 3711). The problem does not occurs when digital phones, assisted transfers or internal calls are involved.

IP DECT base station is on 1.1.5. 3711 units are on last firmware version.
