Problem With Voicemail Trusts

Voicemail PRO on IPO 3.2.57
Customer wants to have to enter extension and password.

I changed VMPRo to Intuity Setting
I removed V from Source numbers

Still no luck. Any suggestions?

Look on Voicemail pro, under default start points>collect. Is there a line connecting the 2? If so, delete it.
