No ringing heard on unattanded transfer

Hi,

System: IP500, Voicemail Pro, Phone Manager Pro. Phones: 5621, 5610, DECT 3711.

Problem is that callers hears nothing but silence on unattended (blind) Transfer. However, if the Voicemail's Transfer action is replaced by an Assisted Transfer action, callers hears the (internal) music on hold. I don't know if this is a normal behaviour.

We need to use unattended transfers and callers hearing something (ring or music on hold) is a must. Any ideas?.

Just use transfer actions. Assisted transfer will only play MOH to the caller, while ringing the ext.

uh oh - that's an old problem with some of the earlier firmwares... don't tell me it's come back again! What firmware version are you using?

Callers hears silence (no MOH, no ring) when TRANSFER actions are used. Callers hears MOH when assisted transfer actions are used.

From the IP Office System Status:
Control Unit: IP500 Current Firmware: 4.0 (5)

It's valid information?
I don't know if there is another place to look for the FW version.

I've got the same problem with forwarded calls on R4.0.7, 412. Callers hear silence, no music, no ringing.
